NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 5, 2026.
Hotel:
Individuals need a credit card on file to book their reservation. The card will be authorized 24–48 hours prior to check-in to guarantee the booking. If a different card is used for payment at check-in, the authorization on the original card will be released, and the new card will be authorized at that time.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If individuals cancel within 48 hours of check-in they will be charged the first night and tax of the stay.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, April 6, 2026 at 12:01 AM
