Well, Fall is here; Halloween is behind us, and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. It’s such a great time of year for getting out and driving our cars and visiting our friends and families. On that note, our cars made it back from Norway, so more of us can start attending events in our Healey’s as well.
Turkey Run- Our Turkey run is on and planned for Wednesday 11/15. Phil Caliva and Brian Hubbard have put together an amazing drive through the LA canyons with a great lunch stop for tri-tip, then more spirited driving through additional canyons on the way back. Consider joining us! CHW 2024- As a reminder, CHW 2024 is planned for May 13th-17th in San Luis Obispo. Mark your calendars. We are Finalizing the costs and remaining details. The plan is to open registration next month. Stay tuned.
Rendezvous 2024 and British Columbia Tour- Please watch for information from Steve Kirby.
He is arranging another tour (guess he has recovered from the England to Tuscany tour last year and Scandinavia/ European Healey tour this year...). The plan is to join the British Columbia Healey club for Rendezvous right after our CHW 2024 event then, spend a couple of weeks touring thru British Columbia.
Christmas Party- As a calendar reminder, our annual Christmas party is planned for December 17th at the Shoreline Yacht Club the. Sign-ups are open, so please sign up and join us. It promises to be another great gathering.
AHCA Board meeting- The National club has a board meeting with delegates planned for Nov 11th-12th. I will be attending virtually and keep you up to date on the topics and important information to us. Some of you who are not national club members should be receiving a copy of the award-winning Healey Marque magazine to see if you might be interested in joining the National club as well. The information in the Marque magazine is a great resource. Please consider joining. They sponsor a lot of Healey activities.
