Well, the summer heat is now upon us and hopefully everyone is keeping cool and will be able to get their Healey’s home from events without overheating.
In August we are having two Club events: the San Diego British Car Show on the 13th, they have a new location at Tidelands Park on Coronado Island, and then the Dana Point Lantern District Car Show on the 27th. You need to pre-register for both events. Then in September there is the Monrovia Old Town Classic Car show on the 9th. Later in the month a lot of us will be attending the 2023 California Healey Week at Lake Tahoe Sept 18th – 22nd. Steve Kirby is putting together a group to caravan up and back stopping in Bishop. If interested in joining the group contact him ASAP. There appear to be several sub-groups that will be leaving from Orange County, the South Bay, and Pasadena areas so you do not have to drive up there alone unless you want to.
