Super Car Sunday – 6/3

I left Hermosa Beach around 0545 and headed for a rendezvous with my five other compadres around PCH and Chicago St., Santa Monica.  As I rode north with my BN7 Nasty Boy on PCH, I said to myself, another glorious day in paradise.  After meeting up with the boy’s we started our trip north to the new “secret place” in Malibu; again I thought it doesn’t get any better than this! At 0700 we arrived at our destination, to find a gathering of some very special vintage automobiles.  We browsed around, kicked tires and talked for a while.  Then I talked some of the gang to eat breakfast with me, because I had another destination to get to.  I left Malibu and headed to Woodland Hills by driving over Kanan Dune Road, a lovely ride again! I arrived at Super Car Sunday @ 0840, to meet up with Dexter and Tom Spangler.  It is always a pleasure to see other Healey guy’s.  We walked the car show, of course a ton of Lamborghinis were present, being they were the featured Marque.  As we roamed around I spotted a nice, old, early Model T delivery wagon, with a logo at the sides reading Grandma Mary’s Fresh Dairy Products, with displays of produce.

Some cool 1600/2002 BMW’s, various F100 Fords, Chevy’s, T Buckets, Austin Healey’s, a McClaren Can Am Racer, Mini Coopers, and many Hot Rods and American Muscle Cars.

All in all a wonderful day of cruising AGAIN!!.
