San Clements Outlets Cars & Coffee - 5/9

After a nice evening at the Belmont Shore British Car Night earlier in the month, Bob Bolling and I decided to try the San Clemente Cars and Coffee. Our first stop though, was at the Donut Derelicts in Huntington Beach. As we drove in it looked a little light on cars. There were about 7 or 8 empty parking spaces which is unusual for this venue. As always there was a very diverse assortment of cars. This time a V8, 3-wheel motorcycle caught our attention since the engine was part of the frame and not sitting in the frame. We had time to enjoy a cup of coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. The drive down to San Clemente via PCH was awesome. As we arrived at the parking structure in San Clemente we know how Corky must have felt at Golden Cove last month. It was deserted, nothing but a closed food truck that usually has a line of hungry customers. Anybody that has gone to this Cars and Coffee knows that this place is normally packed. Not this time. Anyway it was a great morning for a drive.
