Annual New Year’s Eve Rose Parade Route Run 12/31

This year our New Years Eve Colorado Blvd drive was met with inclement weather and hence limited the Healey turnout. With an atmospheric river of rain forecast, only Dan Burrola, Phil Caliva, and Lou and Bonnie Fisher joined us at the Corner Bakery parking lot in Hastings Ranch. I in my BN6, Dan, Lou and Bonnie in their BJ8’s and Phil in his 1935 modified Dodge Pickup.
The weather cooperated, sort of, as it was dry for about an hour or so. We had a chance to check out the cars before the rain started. With news of heavier rain in Glendale, we decided to leave the parking lot show and head back to a dry barn. None the less, it was good to close out 2025 with Healeys and friends.
Let’s hope that next year the Rose Parade Gods favor us with better weather.
